The Policy

This Privacy and Confidentiality Policy (‘the Policy’) explains how we use, disclose and collect personal information that is provided to us in the usual course of investigating potential legal claims, acting for those who retain us and conducting our overall services.

Whilst it is your right not to provide us with information that we may request, if you do not provide full and complete information, legal and other services that we may provide to you may be more limited in their effect and nature.

When is personal information disclosed?

We will only use personal information for the purpose for which it was collected and any directly related purpose. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone other than your barrister without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

You will not receive any marketing materials from us.
